How does it work? Does it just fold from the back up? It will likely be sold by the time I get a hitch.

the back folds up then you tip it on the castors then the hitch part folds down..

i have had that one for about 6 years now and it is great...been back and forth to NC several times...

for a 1 bike trailer all you will need is a 4x8 sheet of 3/4" pressure treated plywood cut in half and a pressure treated 2x4 to make a wheel chock... for that all you gotta do is cut the 2' blocks then 45 degree angles...stack them 2 and 2 into a point and screw them onto the deck...preferable in the middle with your bike centered over the axel....

p.s. an air ratchet helps a lot when putting this thing together
