I was looking for an 05 but most of them were going for 1k plus over book... and still getting bought. I'd still love to take one for a spin but have no regrets about the 09... other than the seat ;p

it's the economy, prices are sky high for everything a bike that cost $8k new in 2008 is now $11k, that in itself makes used bikes more valuable

its simple inflation, it's worse today than it was in the 70s

I paid next to nothing for my current whip. You just can't be in a rush. Or if you need SOMETHING to ride right now, just go buy a $500 beater, and satisfy the itch. Then sell it anytime for no loss.

I;ve been in contact with this guy... think the white design over the black is SICK, might pull the trigger on it this week pending a couple other bikes I am waiting to hear back on.
