    Well I got the Katana

And its in SORRY shape. The motor was frozen, headlight, screen, clutch and brake master cyls are missing. Guess I should have looked it over better when I agreed to do it
The good news is the motor freed off with a little diesel down the cylinders. A little light relief was my wife was watching me try and crack the motor off and as it went a fountain of diesel shot from one of the plug holes and covered her
So I hooked it up to a battery (the Kat not Heather) and dribbled a little gas into the carbs and it played little tunes as I cranked it, so a good carb cleaning and it should be set to run. They do need a good clean as they are BAD.
So heres some pics of the dinosaur. The pics do not do the full horribleness of this one justice.

Yeah the paint seems good, I haven't really given it a good look over, it has what looks like a lowside scuff on one side but not big.

    Well I got the Katana

I pulled the calipers off last night fearing the worst as the bike wa sat outside with no clutch or brake masters on it. I was relieved when I saw a dribble of brake fluid run out of the bottom of the hose. Thankfully the pistons were free and were managed to be saved and cleaned up. I put on a master cyl from the 900 Ninja I have in the garage. Now have brakes and almost a clutch as this is being a PIA to bleed but its getting there.
I've had the motor running but it needs a few parts replacing in the carbs so its a little rough.
Won a screen and a headlight on eBay, so The carb parts, petcock and fuel level sender and its almost there.

Sounds good. I wish I know how to work on carbs.
