What, you're supposed to use more than the center 1" of the tread? How are you supposed to do that, the tire doesnt touch much of the pavement when you put it on the kickstand when you are at the bars?

speaking of squids...I had to work in Dorchester today...talk about squid city. People were riding bikes up and down the sidewalks, no helmets, in shorts and t-shirts, and sometimes sandals. One guy almost hit some little kids who ran out to meet the ice cream truck. I know because I was one of the people running over for ice cream.
