    Re: Knee Pucks?

You'd better be a "skimmer" if you go with the A&G leather pucks. The first coupla times you touch them down they feel great, once you've got a pretty good sized flat worn on them and and you're mid corner and there's a slight rise in the pavement the additional pressure makes your knee want to come around and smack you in the back of the head. The coefficient of friction is MUCH higher.

I've had great luck with the Joe Rocket "ceramic" pucks, the full Ti pucks are fun but transfer a lot of beating into your knee. E-bay "butter pucks" with the Ti rods suck balls.... I'm going with the Kluckys next.

kluckys last a long time, I forget if that's what woodcraft sells, A&G give more feel, especially the leather pucks, I tested some for chickenhawk and wore through them in a race and two practices. Kluckys that I use now I've been running for over a year I think.

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?

Sounds like Klucky is the way to go, I also saw some rating where they rated highest.

Althought the sparkely one would be kinda cool ... yes there is a squid on the inside and it thinks they would be cool!

    BM you all have Klucky?

Yes those leathers had a hard life. I guess the pucks did touch the ground some but never when I was on the bike.
