The motor is too smooth, and that exhaust is about the ugliest motorcycle component ever manufactured, and the rest of the styling is too pointy also.

Get the super duke. 70 more horsepower, 40 more torque, for 60lb penalty. Cut some lbs with an exhaust and maybe battery. Or wait for the 890.

Too much crossover from the new Duke to a Hyper. Sell the Hyper as well and get an 890 R if you have new bike fever. 890 is where itís at.

Duke 790 is the single most fun motorcycle I have ever owned. The looks are fine by me. Not in love with the muff but it sounds good in my mind. Oh. And wheelies are fun

Some people were using this pic to speculate they were going to do a lc8c super enduro too (obv with 21/18’s). That’s a leap too far for me.

Yeah, that doesn't make much sense. What would an enduro variant do right next to the ADV-R?! The ADV-R already has 21/18's. If the ADV had no -R variant and was a 19/17 pseudo ADV'er then maybe I could see it. Otherwise.. whut?!

It’s the smaller fuel tank from that pic, and the non faired headlight, essentially, is my best guess.
I suppose from there it’s just a non stepped/dirtybike style saddle, suspension, and wheels.
