    Laminar windscreens and other products.

I did a search here and saw only one 3 year old post about Laminar screens but I'm sure many of us could use them. I am about to cop this one, NO DRILLING. Shit are these guys publicly traded?

BTW I am a nice guy, try to save some of the moderators some time so I included a KingCast douchebag tag for you already

I've heard the laminar lip products work pretty well. When you get all that air being moved around the rider, it creates a negative pressure area. Once the air curls back around to fill that area, it creates that buffeting we all hate.

These do the job of allowing some air into the pocket, reducing the negative pressure so the air traveling around the pocket doesn't rush in so hard. Most newer touring bikes come stock with a vent at the base of the windshield these days that does the same thing.

Nah, there's more, much more. It's just that groupthink obscures much of it. Try this one:

And of course there are many more including the letter that Ted signed to City Hall. No need to beat a dead horse anyway.

I have seen a couple of these over the years from a distance and always wondered why practically everyone doesn't have one and I could never find out what they were or who made them. I'll be ordering mine this week.

Cool Re: Laminar windscreens and other products.

I forgot I had promised some folks I would post up the results and the verdict is:

Brilliant. Best $100 you can spend on an accessory IMO.
Carry on with your contempt, the folks at Laminar and I don't give a shit.
