What are those programs that you can change the color of a vehicle?

Was wondering if someone could change the color on my YSR fairings to white.

And the Hawk to Ducati red.

maybe someone would help here, but i used a light red normal 70%, then a darker red color 100% on paintbrush

What's the difference between ducati red and...you know...red red.

Other than I'm sure it costs more and requires more freqent maintenance
