That's a separate story, I crashed out in the second turn of my first lap, then spent all day trying to get the bike ride-able. For the first time in my life, I was at a track but feeling no desire to be there or to ride. Packed it up and left Saturday night.

Ah, crap. Well, it is not going to be all roses. Even at the best of times in my racing stint, there were plenty of days like that. Injuries make it even tougher. It is not a simple pursuit.

I felt for you man, it sucks that something bad happens to you every visit to NYST. And it's not as SV-friendly as other places so too bad you couldn't get the spares for it right away.

Hope you get back there sometime. I haven't ridden with you in a long time.

I hate to say it but I am starting to develop some (mostly irrational) negative feelings towards NYST. I won't be back until I have a generator. Yes, I am now one of those guys, at least while I'm on Dunlops.
