My bike is now trapped in the shed. Even with all the snow that melted, it is still pretty sealed in there. I don't think I would have ridden anyway, too much salt on the roads still.
Damn spring weather teases.

I rode to pick up my new bike...Degsy just got done polishing it up..safe to say that it needs a good cleanup again...
Rode about 115 miles on Friday and 40ish on Saturday. Good way to end the old year and start the new one.

which is full of road salt. with the exception of my first bike which was old anyway I never rode in the winter because of the salt. that melted snow/salt solution gets into places you can't easily clean. and I'm too lazy to give any bike a really good cleaning.

I did about 30 miles today. A lot colder than the end of the year but dryer than Jan 1 for sure.Nice to get in 3 days in a row of rides at this time of year huh? Had to wash the bike off right after each ride as someone already mentioned about the salt.
I rode Friday, Sat and then to work yesterday and about to go out again...damn 20 degrees! Bikes and cars are meant to be used - I did have to give my Monster a good wash Sat after the "dirt" ride as I called it.
