If you haven't had a chance to do business with him you should. Just have to give a shout out to Bill's service.
I sent him 2 suits for cleaning and evaluation for repairs
We emailed back and fourth to worked out the details. Nothing special.
BUT...
He called me last saturday to make sure the order was correct, explained what he thought was wrong with the suits and what needed to be done, said he would fix some simple stuff for free.
We even chatted about kids and the weather and his grandson and such.
Great guy and a pleasure to do business with. He even gave me a discount.
I'll post pics when I get the suits back.
