If you can find an 18 inch rim in the width that you want, generally its just a matter of milling out some different spacers for the hub and axle.Originally Posted by gamorg02
Then you need to figure out if anything needs to be done for the rotor diameter and carrier offset... either with a spacer between the hub and rotor or a rotor carrier with a different offset.
It just takes some measuring, milling and fitting.
