Excellent point. Applies financially as well. I spend my $ to have my dog. I also spend my $ to avoid having kids. You know, burner phones and hotels get expensive when you don't want your dates knowing your real name or where you live.

I'd say the 'rivalry' is far more perceived than anything. I'm sure the admins/mods over there care as much what happens here as we do there. Either way, whether perceived or otherwise, it IS fuckin' stoopid. They're them, we're not. We're us, they're not. And as you point out, there's so many people that not only belong to both, but so many people are pretty fuckin' active on both. I don't get it, I never will...

FWIW; whether you believe me or not, I couldn't care less about a supposed forum rivalry that people seem to think exists.
