not that I'm defending the dumbasses, but the bike did have a 12 o'clock bar on the back, and he said something about having a cage on the sides (can't really tell by the video, so I don't know), but assuming those are there, I don't think he minds if the bike goes down...

I don't however see how someone twists the throttle that much and then lets go of the clutch. He is lucky he peeled out and didnt flip the bike right around and have it fall ontop of him.

actually it's pretty simple, he had no idea what a twist throttle is like. When I got my first dirt bike I of course wasn't use to a twist throttle. I ended up doing a 180 with the front end in the air the whole time, nearly hit the dog....ah good times.
