Looking for reliable/creative help

With 4 guys on the team this year, and raising the bar as far as our goals go, I am super swamped. I am going to be getting some help from within the team, but hoping to find somebody who has a passion for bikes/racing to help with some creative writing and minor photo editing skills.



Any knowledge with flash is a plus, but planning on setting up a database so flash programming wont be necessary for site updates.



Compensation would be a high five, and a pretty cool resume builder.
