Dont worry- no one will hear it anyway since everyone is in front of me on the track.

i'm just mentioning it, in case you get spoken to by the cornerworker staff about your bike being too loud.

2001 750? Don't do anything to it. If your taking it on the track, its not going to last and your just wasting time you could spend doing something else.

On the flip side... you could end up with a reallllly loud bike. And let me tell you... people at the track don't appreciate it anymore then the people on the street. Just ask one of the many people I woke up during 8am practice

Off topic, but that sig IS hilarious. My sister has that same dog! Her two kids know to "hug a tree" when the dog gets cranking back and forth like that. The learning curve was tough though. My littlest niece is a featherweight, and I've seen the dog punt her 5 feet in the air before. If we had that one on film it would be a web classic...

I don't know what all the hubbub is about. I've rarely noticed much of a difference at all between packing or no packing, noise level-wise. The only big difference I've ever noticed was the 'buzzing' without the packing...

Ran the bike today for the first time with the "modified" exhaust. A bit louder then stock and I am happy with it..............
