    Angry My luck

So yesterday I pulled mine and my wifes bikes out of our storage unit for the 27th Annual Lobster Run. Left early to meet up with some of her coworker riders. They're looking at my bike and what not and I notice something off with my paint...... The sunsabitches were repainting the doors to the storage units and there is blue overspray all over my R1 and my wifes Ninja. I AM PISSED So I have to go hash this out later with the storage unit manager. He is a nice guy so I hope it goes well.
    Wish me luck!
    B

    Dude.........sorry that blows.

If he carries (and he should) insurance it will be covered under his policy. Good luck getting the quote and reimbursement.

If it ends up going through insurance etc. and they cut you a check for a repaint; try either #2500 wet paper or even Maquires Scratch X before you have it done by a shop. Over spray is usually partially dry before it hits the surface and you may be able to get it off and simply re-clear the surface. If not the shop will end up preparing the surface for new paint anyway.
Worked pretty good on my black Dodge and black paint shows every defect.

One product I know of is actually used as a graffiti remover. When the salesmen demonstrated it, they spraypainted their hood of the car, came into the store for a meeting, then used this product and it took it right off with no damage. Its like 20 bucks for a bottle, but might be worth a shot

I know it will come of with little to know work. I keep her that waxed. It's really the principal of the matter.
