we will be picking up one of these in a few days. ive always wanted one but they are so hard to find in good shape. i think it will be perfect for the dragon and we were thinking of painting it the 50th Anniversary yellow with the blocks

'89 YSR 50 cant wait to get it running!! after the jet kit and pipe and change the front sprocket it should go 60-65 MPH and the best part is.. unlike the NSR50 that honda has ..this one is STREET LEGAL

yeah ive been checking out Calamari racing and they make everything for it and its relativly inexpensive.

i saw one that a guy put a 426 motor in.. says it goes about 105 and has about 52 HP. now that would be sweet with R7 bodywork

Cool. I'd ridden one of those in '87. We timed our runs around a paved jogging path through a park in Va Beach, chasing pigeons & rollerbladers. Kinda scary to ride it on the street, but the owner had later ridden it from Va Beach to Richmond, on the highway.
