I commute on Storrow and Jamaicaway every day so the heads up is appreciated. Haven't noticed anything unusual yet, myself.

They got all kinds of undercover vehicles now ... saw a Mazda Tribute last night going north on 495 with the windshield light flashing blue.

There is no way in hell to figure what is what now.

The only thing I watch for now is aggressive driving up my butt.
I immediately assume it is a cop and pull over to a slower lane.

I am wrong most of the time but been lucky enough times to say this is a valid technique.

I got a Driving to Endager about 5 years ago for doing 110 on storrow. Probation for a year was tough on the bike let me tell you. Better than the fine and the loss of license.

one of my buddies just got his license taken away (and reinstated after more than 6mo!!!!) because he got bagged at 104 (cop said 90+ on the ticket) on storrow in his e36 M3...

problem was that his license had been suspended in PA (where he went to school, but finished over 3 years ago) and since he had left the state, he never received or acknowledged the "yes i know my license has been officially suspended for 60 days" thing, which for some stupid reason, starts only after you've acknowledged the suspension (not from the date of suspension, despite the fact that your license is in fact suspended from that date). so basically he had to wait for 60 days after telling the DMV in PA that he acknowledged having his license suspended, even though the date of suspension was close to 900 days previous.

pretty fucking stupid.
