My hunch, but you should ask Renogy:
Watts = Amps X Volts
The specs on your panels are:
Max watts: 200
Optimal volts: 18.5
Optimal amps: 10.5
It more or less balances out: 10.5*18.5=194.
Done another way 200w / 18.5v = 10.8a which is a little more than 10.5, so assuming some loss in there makes sense.
If you adjust the 18.5 to something between 12-14.4, you get an answer much closer to the 120 you're seeing.
10.5*14.4=151w
10.5*12=126w
It sounds like you have everything hooked up correctly. My one comment is if you're trying to move 10+ amps 25 feet to the batteries, you should have 8awg (thicker won't hurt) cable to have minimal voltage drop. Probably not a big deal (and you likely already have it) since 8awg is not all that expensive or overly thick.

I also thought the 25ft cable might lead to voltage drop but since I plugged the panel directly into the EcoFlow and saw similar results, I'm guessing that wasn't it. EcoFlow has this on their site: Solar Charge Input 200W 10-25Vdc 12A Max, so I'm guessing that's not a problem either.
Not sure what's the best way to monitor but at least with the portable panel and battery I can continue to play with it without taking the trailer out. Probably silly question but could it be the sun is less powerful this time of year vs summer?
