Not where we tell everyone why I like this or that Bike in comparison.
    Thanks

I just installed some new grips. Do you guys have any other brands to recommend? The stock ones were hard as hell. I want some big comfy ones. Unless Ducati changed things, most aftermarket grips won't fit over the locating ridge on the throttle tube. I haven't fiddled with a Duc newer than my 1098 though so the Domino brand throttle might have been "standardized".

How's your M been treating you? My 1098 is wearing on me as my sole street bike and I want something more multi use. It's either an M1200 or a Tuono, but I heard a rumor about the M saying the fueling is terrible and Ducati has had a lot of problems to the point some dealers are sending the bikes back or holding them until a fix comes from DNA. What's your bike been like so far?

A Tuono V4 with the RSV4 tail conversion is a sick bike! But I think the 1200S is better value for money.

    Re: My new Monster 1200s.

Tuono rated much better and the warning about the abysmal fueling from someone in the know is steering me away from Ducati. Plastic tank on the Tuono though...more of the same expanding tank crap...

I think the Tuono is probably a bit more upright and maybe a bit of wind protection? If you want a bit more raw try to find a leftover m 1100 evo. I picked one up in the spring once I saw the m1200 and didn't love it. It's a great motor, raw, powerful. My only real complaint is the wind protection is zero.
