Monticello 8/18 north ???

wondering if anyone else attended Team Promotions trackday Aug 18th @ Monticello (north course)

.... not sure if reps from local organizations, BostonMoto, TonysTrackDay, etc. were there to evaluate the course & get feedback for booking future events on the North course.
(I remember some went to SportbikeTrackTime trackday in July to test South course)

..... just curious as I had a great time, but I only ran the North course.
very fast flowing and a cool small up hill corkscrew ( ex. laguna)

...consensus has it, that the North course is far better than South.

..... I think it compares to NJMP - Lightning

....hopefully more organizations will have the opportunity to book events @ Monticello next year.

I just signed up for the Sept 7 North course day with STT. Did the South course with them in July. I think the South course is to small and hoping the slightly large North will be better.

I rode the North course in a vehicle.

My first impression was that it would require extra airfence/tires due to the much higher speeds.

If I recall, there were two long straights where speeds would get up there.

I'm still hoping the track lets us rent the facility next year.
