    Motorcycles and where they live

As part of looking toward a better 2021, let's post pics of our bikes and their "homes".

Here are my CB1100 and ST1300 along with the 1/2 of the garage that is may space. The ST1300 bodywork is hanging up waiting for an oil leak to get squared away before I button it back up again.

Ran out of room so went vertical. Track bike is out of the picture on a HF lift table. Thinking I don't need that table anymore.

whatever makes ya happy, so I'm game

I want to check these boxes:
    -live cheap
    -live in Orange County/SoCal
    -live close to work
-have sub 10 min access to pickup dirtbike stored outside the elements

as a result, YZ stays in a storage unit 8 mins away, or if being worked on over 2-3 months in an 8x8 shed on one of my rental properties

    1. How have you liked the truck. I've been toying around with the idea something that vintage for a driver quality toy?

    2. How does the bike get to the loft?

The truck is pretty cool, it’s just driver quality and still has the original paint. It’s well equipped for the year, sport truck package, AC, tilt steering, tinted glass, 402 big block, automatic, etc
It rides like a car, nice and smooth.

The garage is built into a bank, so the other gable end has a door just above ground level to access the loft.

Re: Motorcycles and where they live

I have them pushed up against the bench so that I can get the cars in the garage in the winter. But for the rest of the year, they take up one of the car parking bays.

Re: Motorcycles and where they live

Not much room in my garage during winter but we make it work. I also went up with storage but its definitely not as cool as RedHawks. I can get the mazdarati in there and still get to my tools and junk. In an effort to not back into or pull into the Harley I put a cheap wyze cam up in the garage.

Sweet summer children, the motorcycles listed in my sig are definitely not in my garage, f.k.a. (paraphrasing) "Jared's cornucopia of free shit, open seasonally to the criminal element."

Re: Motorcycles and where they live

My RC390 has been sitting in a storage locker in SF since June. Sigh.
I only use it for city transportation, so without an office to go to or any real reason to go anywhere, I probably should sell it.

What’s the race bike? How’s the interceptor been, any valve trouble?

The Interceptor has been great, no issues, other than me spending too much money on mods

Other bike is a Honda RS, if I can get it on the track (hopefully this coming season) I can check off a bucket list item

I had to move some of the RS's in the dining room for winter.
