We don't know all the details, this article doesn't say much. The motorcyclist *might* (not saying he did) have done something for this car driver to get so mad at him to the point of slamming him into a car. But for any reasons he had to get "angry", he had absolutly no rights to do what he did...killing someone because you can't control your anger at the wheel, just show how weak and coward the guy is. A motorcyclist clearly do not have advantage over a car on 4 wheels. Glad his friend could stop the asshole.

It really doesn't matter what happened cage or cycle this type of behavior is nowhere near acceptable. I hope in cases like this the person can receieve the death penalty.

You Know Just the other morning coming to work I had a situation with a cager. Now I don't care whether im in my truck or on my bike. I look out for other vehicles as well as bikes. But you always get these asswipes that like to change lane and squeeze between you and the care in front of you with regards.

Now here I am, again on my bike and traffic is moving rather good for rush hour. This guy come from the left land over to (and I mean to ther right) to the brake down land and squeeze between me and a van. At this time you are able to use the breakdown lane for during the rush hour traffic. So I have no choise but to hit brakes and ya know my temp went up. So I went one land over to my left, and got along side him. I look him dead in his eyes and gave him the good ole . He then had the nerve to try and cut his car towards me. Like he wants to ram me. So now Im thinking the hell with work, I'm gonna catch a court case. I did the next best thing by Kicking in his door. Now I drop one gear sped up and got in front of him. Slowed down to stop, and the punk went around me. Yeah yeah I know he could of easily ran me over, but you don't think of that when you want to really beat the shyt out of a person. So now the chase is on.

I again easily get up along side of him and I motion that him to pull over so I can beat the life out of his ass. He motions back in a taunting way, as though to make fun of me. People let me tell you Im bout as pissed as one could ever be. Now the guy is forcing his way thru traffic and I'm easily on his tail. He picks up his phone after about 4 miles and calls the state police. I tell him thats ok. (Im planning on catching this case anyway), I'm still gonna beat your ass. We do get to a point where the traffic stops, yet by the time I get the bike in Neutral and off of it he rolls off again. So im back on his ass again, I can see him back on the phone again talking. Again I just don't give a damn. So he's now in the middle lane im in the fast. he goes back over to the right, and at that time the school bus started to break. There was a second school bus in front of that bus so I went up and finally got over then over again to the brake down lane, now there was a shoulder off the BDL so I pulled over to it to waite for him.

that bastard must have got along the other side of the school bus cause I did not see him no longer after that. I called the state police station (they never showed by the way) and yes he did call them. The cop said he was all nervous cause a guy was following him. Did not tell him why, but the cop said he was very afraid. I told the cop what happened and his actions in the car was nothing in the form of being scared. To be honest If I could have gotten that guy to pull over. I would have gave him the ass whoopin of a life time, and not thought twice of jail time.

Alot of people blame the sport bikes for acting up on the roads, when the cagers half of the time drive like dumb fucks and nearly cause a bike to go down. These are some I find to always look out for:

senior citizens
caravans
cabs and a few im them damn imports, that think they have the hp to take a bike. I say do away with them all, cause they have no frigging idea what a biker has to do to stay safe and enjoy a good ride to where ever. There is no reason to take a automobile and try and ram a bike. No reason at all. 9 times out of ten the peron on the bike is a gone for life if you do.

yes, it does matter, not that it justifies anything, but maybe we can learn what the motorcyclist did to piss of the cager enuf to drive him to road rage.

If you could avoid a similar situation by knowing what caused the road rage wouldn't you want to know the reason?

people in cars suck half cant drive my friend was killed by a person in a truck not to long ago and the cops have not done shit about it everyone allways puts blame on the rider but as we know its mostly people in cars who dont watch the rode most r to busy talking on there damn cell phones

Don't follow MSF's BS rule of pulling over. Use your right wrist and get the fug outta there! I had somebody pull up close to me going 85mph in the fast lane. Two clicks down, check your side, signal, roll on, hit mid triples... evasion complete.
