Roadside Marine - Vermont - Kudos

With all the bad press going around about dealers and service I thought I should give good credit where it's due.

A simple tire change. Roadside has a drop it off, we'll try to get it done in a day policy. They open at 8. At 5 till, they open the door (yes, early) to let me in and I drop off the wheel and tire (which I bought from tire express - no money for the dealer here - sorry). They find me in the computer, fill out the work order, tell me to check back that afternoon, and I head off to work.

10:30 - They call me (Yes, they called me) to let me know it was all set... $26 and change. Good job guys...

I have always had a good experience with their service department. (Dan especially) The Sales department is another story.

I have dealt with Roadside, and I've never had a good experience. They were a-holes when I tried to buy a bike, tghey ordered the wrong parts for my R1 and then tried to get me to take the wrong shit they ordered.

I know a lot of people in this area like Roadside, but I think it is because they simply aren't any *worse* than Land/Air - try going out of state if you want to see good service. You know, a place where then employees actually give a rat's ass if you leave the store happy.

Or just go see Brad.
