Forgot all about the fact that Timmy knows all of us from H.org...
Thanks for chiming in Sir. Hope all is going well for you Tim.

I'm well, and things are good, thanks for asking Brendan
Too bad the track is done for the year,it's always a great time at Loudon and the lakes region
For Cat I can recommend TonysTrackDays for a great introduction to NHIS.
Even Pete started with him back in the day and look at him now with his race team and successful racing seasons.
They are very professionally run, great instructors, with awesome coaching abilities and the insight you are looking for as a 1st timer there.
I'm older than most of the guys here and have definatly missed my window for ever being great on the track, I never set foot on it till 05 although I had gone to bike week and the Loudon Classic since 1983 to watch and party.
I have a track day in the bank with Tony so if you make it out here to ride the track, give some notice so I and another guy, whom rides on my old 05 Busa will go and try to hang it out in a semi-respectable fashion with you.

Where the hell is this "Louden" you speak of & why haven't I heard of it?

Timmy, sounds great.. I am hoping to pick up a track bike before I make my adventure over there, trailering both obviously. I could ride the Bus that far without an issue, but not sure on hooking a trailer up to the Bus to pull a track bike.. theres enough power, but it would beat the hell out of the gas mileage (still getting over 50mpg modded) and the suspension setup would suck. So trailer and me trusty Toyota Truck. Considering either a newer Daytona 675, R6 or maybe a used already setup track bike (much more affordable than striping a new bike down to rebuild it for track). We'll see, but I'll stay in touch if not here at least with Brendan. Loudon looks very fun and very challenging.

I'm the IDIOT who always spells Loudon wrong...Right Pete?
Hey, so I'm ok at riding and suck at spelling...

Hey Charley, you are closer to me than you are to NE. Bring your arse up here next season when Brendan comes out and we'll treat you to some genuine track fun along with some dandy back country roads. We may even share a race bike for you to play on? Plastic is much cheaper than your busa stuff. Just bring a pocket full of those fancy angled valve stems and you'll be everybody's buddy :-)
Loudon sucks. Try Daytona. All of us here suck at riding, it's just that the people we ride against suck more. You don't want our help.
Steve, I was hoping for an invite.. heard from Bren it was a great time and I'd like to make that trip as well. I only have 12months left before heading back to Iraq, so gotta make the best of it.
Stems huh? Good thing my pockets are small? Will bring 11.3mm, different color but mostly black right? or mostly silver?

Most of the peeps on this board are Racers/Trackies. Great info & good peeps!
I love my Busa but she has no business @ NHIS. When you get passed by an expert on an EX500 like you're in neutral; it's a very humbling experience.
