so you yell at your nephew to quit playin in the street but he doesnt listen and some guy on a bike came by and clipped him and either a) the biker fell or b) your nephew broke something off the guys bike when he clipped him, either way the cops came and wrote your nephew a ticket and the biker is sueing for damages. how old is your nephew?
