Don't know if you saw these or not, but just remember, riding is a dangerous sport. I don't want to put a damper on anyone's day, but I know spring is right around the corner and people are going to be iching to ride. Just be careful (especially when pushing it alittle) and have fun!

personally, i think it could very easily be real. but even if it's not the message still holds true, so i'm not gonna put any more effort into debating it's validity.

and if it is true then gear means nothing, he had a helmet he had leathers on, even if he was stunting he had to be going over 100mph, but the lesson holds true to slow down fukkers, I wanna ride wit yous when I get my next ride

as for the gear.... you're right, it doesn't mean much at all if you hit a tree while your body is doin anywhere near or well into tripple digit speeds. his bike was by the side of the road kinda in the woods... i'd immagine that's exactly what his body did.

Gear will help in an accident, but it is certainly not gonna help if you lose it at high speed and go careening into a tree, car, truck, moose or guardrail.

Pretty sick stuff and a very grim reminder to be very careful and DO NOT EVER ride over your personal comfort level. Just because some of the guys in the front are rippin' it up doesn't mean that you have hang with them. I have been on numerous rides with NESR peeps and the primary concern from all I have ridden with is: SAFETY.

Here's hoping that we all have a very safe and enjoyable riding season.
