    OEM parts

Does this site seem legit, and has anyone ordered parts from them?

    https://www.megazip.net/?fbclid=IwAR...A4BHrS-k7Ymxuc

It was suggested in a Yamaha group to find hard to find OEM parts. The parts fitch and pricing seems to match revzilla and partszilla, and they showed at least a couple small R7 parts I need as being available. When I tried to order, I used PayPal, but my credit card declined the PayPal payment.

Also, the parts were listed as available in the US, but partszilla and revzilla had them as unavailable

I bet they are just a drop shipper and have the exact same access to parts as everyone else, but just do a poorer job updating their site/inventory

I bookmarked it just for the easy access to diagrams and part lookups.

Agree for the most part. When I talked with the local dealer about parts, he said dealers have access to parts that places like partszilla and revzilla may not have.
For what it’s worth, the parts that megazip showed as available are small random bits. All the major parts I was looking for showed as unavailable.
Megazip is a Japanese based company.

Hmmm, i need some mirrors for the RC8R that are apparently made from unobtanium....

Go from a mass produced Honda to a rare KTM, they said, it'll be fun....

The RC8 you looked at in Vt, is still available…which I find odd.

Just as an FYI, the company megazip.net, seems legit. Plenty of google, eBay and even Amazon reviews

It was dirty, overpriced, and the guy was too busy to help with his own sale. For 4k miles, ot wasnt well maintained. I LITERALLY drove to him with cash in hand.

I've used MegaZip to get parts for my Japanese Mini Truck. Seemed to work okay a year or so ago when I needed it.

    Re: OEM parts

Yeah, megazip is definitely a legit company, and their customer service is decent as well.
I received both emails and phone calls explaining the issue. The part numbers were never removed from inventory, because knowone has tried to order them since Yamaha stopped producing them in 2008, and their website doesn’t know the parts are unavailable until they actually place the order with Yamaha. All R7 parts that show as unavailable now, are shown as unavailable because people have tried to order them after 2008.
I’d still chose revzilla or partszilla over megazip in the future for parts that are available.
