Why does my town feel the need to sand the roads when it rains alot; and not just here and there, the sand is everywhere!

Then again, could the water just have washed the sand from under the roads out and ontop of them?

i don;t think they sanded the roads, probably just washouts, roads up this way are covered with sand and debris right now but the sweepers are out in force to clean up

i don't know why they're wetting all the roads down around here. so many puddles!

yeah, there is sand everywhere. all in due time the streetsweepers will make our lives a hell of alot easier.

I am going to have to get a really big broom because my town is useless and never sweeps the streets.
