Fork Rake (angle) There a limit? RI

Well, i'm building my custom chopper... Rake at the Triple tree right now is 48*

Is there a limit in RI ? A friend says you can't pass inspection with a rake past 45*

i think your best bet would be to call a RI dealer that does inspections
