we are putting them in the spare bedroom off the living room

and the tiles just came in

and depending on how tight it gets i may put a work bench in... i was going to make the benches you put the bikes on for him for christmas... but i ran out of time with the cruise etc

I'm way ahead of you. I had my bike in the house way back in the 90's. My mom was dead set against me even having a bike. My mother was so against it. I knew she wouldn't let me get it, so I just had to go out and get it. It was a '92 Honda CBR-600. It was red and white — coolest thing in the world. Far too cool, obviously, to risk parking outside during a cold winter, or even in an unheated garage. Instead, I took drastic measures to keep this bike in top shape. I pulled it around the back of the house and I pulled it in my house. I parked this motorcycle next to my fireplace. My mother flipped out. She's like, 'You better have that motorcycle out by Christmas Eve dinner.' I didn't!!! We kept that motorcycle there. I remember the Christmas tree was right there. ... We had our Christmas dinner next to that bike!!!

Storing gasoline may be frowned upon, but that's why you drain it anyways.
