there must be a lot of people here who changed your own oils. do you have problem bringing used oil to autoparts for dumping? some place wouldn't take it if you didn't buy it there or didn't have it in the original bottle? WFT? i don't get it.
"fuckit!"
I drop mine off at Pep Boys all the time. Never had an issue.
No I always went to Pep Boys because it was like 10 mins from where I used to live.
try your local recycle center. most towns in nh have one. they fire there furnances with it in the winter.
Auto Zone takes 5 gallons a month with no receipt of purchaes.
Some Town Barns take 5 at a time.

hey
Buy a 5 gallon bucket (if you dont have one already) with a lid from Home Depot. Pour your used oil in there and bring it to AutoZone, Pep Boys, etc. They take used oil back, but make you dump it yourself. If you come with 30+ quart bottles filled, you'll be there all day. I've gone in with my 5 gallon bucket filled and it took 2 seconds to walk out back and empty it. Few of my friends do the same, and have never had problems.
i bought my car oil at walmart.
so i stop by CAP auto parts yesterday while getting chinese food for dinner and the guy said no we can't this. fucker!
"fuckit!"
should have thrown egg rolls at him when he said no
the one advance auto in Lowell has no problem and that's where i go all the time but the advance auto in Lynn with allthe dumbass working there has issues taking used oil back.
"fuckit!"
i could just throw the bottle in the dumpster and no one would know but i feel guilty. don't you?
"fuckit!"

Well
we can expect heating oil at over $3.00 per gallon so
its all 5 or 10 wt
Its going through a paint strainer and into the fuel tank.
There is 200 gallons so adding 5 gallons of motor oil
I am gambling is a zero problem
and saves the trip to the dump
Glen Beck is John the Baptist
I just go to wal-mart
theoretically I'm supposed to buy some more and show my receipts, but the customer service rep usually doesn't know, or doesn't care...so they just ask me to put it on their shopping cart with all the other toxic chemicals...no questions asked, no new oil purchased
