they're not done with the pavements yet. only few left and i suspect they will be done by next couple of week.

I can safely say I'm guilty of similar shenanigans. Nashua has a number of very smooth oil free on/off ramps!

I wonder, does the right hand side of your tire ever see any action?
you mean the left? That's what rotaries are for.Originally posted by highsider

It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?
I used to settle in at the 495/93 interchange and the 2/128 interchange and do laps for an hour at a time back when i lived in Ma. and had the priller! In order to maintain even tire wear i would head to a nice rotary near the clover leaf and do a bunch of laps there as well!!!
Clover Leafs RULE!!! What a blast!

hahaha..thats awesome..I wanna come and play..lol
Yes, except for when there is some overly cautious, afraid, non-driving, blue-haired bozo immediately in front of you. You know the type; they take the exit ramps at 15 mph.Clover Leafs RULE!!! What a blast!

yea but these sets of clovers have enough of an apron to blast right by em when you feel like being a real a-hole!

I've never had the sac to pass cars on the exit ramps because, often times, troopers like to park close to those ramps to catch us.......

I also get wery of oil on the off ramps....
so you like it? this is a quick lap after work or when im going no where. once they finish off the rest of pavement it's gonna be great.
lets see if i can count the on/off.
1+2 - high speed on ramp.
3+4 - off ramp
5 - on ramp to rt3
6 - off ramp
7 - on ramp
8 - on ramp to 495
9 - off ramp
can loop back again.
minimal traffic none rush hrs.

oh and the straight is for wheelie.

I used to have a nice on/off ramp loop when I lived in Ohio too.
They were putting in a new highway bypass... and were building it in sections. They started on both sides of town and were working towards the middle.
Anyway... there was a section were they put in the on/off ramps and about a mile long stretch of highway and then another set of ramps.
They highway wasn't officially opened so we used to make that run for hours.

We gots one of them nice clover leafs around here, a bunch of us used to hit it late at night back in my squidly days (remember that warm spell we had a month or so ago? ) , i think the whole ramp system was close to 3 miles total. It was at Rt 7 and 295 (the Bryant college exit). My favorite "ramp" for anyone that knows the area near me is the onramp to rt from rt2 in east greenwhich. totally awesome and you get to scrub both sides of the tires TWICE

Revere cinama's rotary use to be nice early sunday mornings, enter the fast rotary, buzz around a few times and exit the rotary to the lights, turn around and do it again......
