i used to but i grew tired of it. when they double up and run 2 for a combined times they often do bikes. btw i thought the zx-14 was the fastest?

I got bored with passtime and pinks when it was nothing but 30 year old chunks of steel with V8's, wooo...a V8 that does an 11, 10 or even 9 second (or even faster, don't care) 1/4...I'm soooo impressed. Not. When they do show some sort of "quick" import it's always driven by someone who manages to fuck up their run.

A car doesn't haven't to be american to go fast, but I guess that's what gets all the rednecks to watch that shit.

The problem is consistency. All those cars tend to be bracket and index cars and can run the same times over and over again. The majority of fast imports tend to be street cars and lack the consistency. You never really see any domestic street orientated cars either.

Understood on the bracket cars. I just think they should try to show more "real" cars. It seems they film passtime on test/tune nights, so why not?

you ever watch the nopi (SP) on speed? all import series. talk about unimpressed. those shit boxs were lucky to get down the track once with out braking. usually a cv/half shaft. fwd sucks for dragracing.

I did a quick search and it seems they film on weekends which means after races.
