Dood! You can shoot me if this doesn't turn out to be wunna the most awesome bikes you've ever owned! Sure, they have their quirks, but from reading the 'ad' he posted on it, it's all been sorted out. I've learned a TON about these machines (most of it from TLRMan). Don't hesitate to shoot me a PM with any questions about it. I'll forward 'em to TLRMan, then get you the answer and take the credit for it!

haha awesome! I've seen your blue and white one (do you still have it?) at the Micky Dees in NH, and at the Oct. Track day... just firing her up and hearing those Yosh's grumble makes me crazy! Might have to take her out today for a quick spin.

Better take one for an hour or so ride before you get RIDDA your VFR. If ya can, keep the VFR too. You'll be glad you did. TL-R's aren't the most comfy. But they ARE the funnest bike I've ever had!

Thumbs up Picked up the new to me Tiller the other day

I think you'll be REAL happy with the Tiller...I can't think of another bike I'd rather have more than my TLR...It's pretty comfey for long rides, it has ton's of power, it's more nimble than others think...my only complaint is how hot the seat gets sitting in traffic, especially when the fans kick on, but that is just a small price to pay for a bike SO FUN!

The 05 SV1000 has had the burner turned up on them, claims of at least 115 HP. Which puts it right in the ballpark again.
We all know you can crank another 10 hp out of them easily.

The reason why Honda keeps making the Thunder Chicken is because they have a lot of spare carburetors laying around.
