    Nice sled.

They are putting winches on those things out in Colorado for when they get stuck in 3 feet of powder. Well not actually mounting. Those 4 stroke sleds are HEAVY.

They're all heavy when stuck. You can't have your cake and eat it too. Great full economy, crazy smooth yet powerful engine, and no 2 stroke oil at $35 jug, never mind the stink. If I was getting stuck alot, I would put a winch on my old sled.

iv'e been putting winches on sleds since 02

    my gt doesn't have one.

it's a short track. gt stands for groomed trail, thats where i ride mine.

and while they are heavier, they are much more reliable and have a better resale value.

my gt is on it's third season with the same motor.

on my 04 revagades 800's third season i was on my third motor.

the hi power two strokes are great, but you need to have more than one if you want to ride every weekend.

i use a longtrack in the steep and deep.

if my current longtrack had a battery i'd have a winch on it.

the mach z while fast is a fat pig, it sucks on tight twisty trails.

with some suspension work the gt ROCKS!

for me fuel economy is about the same, then again i'm hard on the gas all the tiime.

i get 10-12 on the 800 skidoo and the same with the gt
