That's just genius. Finally, not just for annoying fucking children.
Here's a good one of you from the photographer:

Looks like they are racing these: Saturday's Race Results From The WERA Grand National Finals At Barber
The internet(s) are awash with Grom racing footage:

They're pretty damn cool on the track for sure. The bike at a bare minimum needs a decent set of rubber on it though. The VeeRubber is absolute crap. With my 220 pounds, it also needs a set of suspenders.
IRC MBR-750
Dunlop TT93
Bridgestone BT601ss
Sava MC31
PMT Blackfire
PMT Slicks
Lots of options, listed in general order of rider preference. Note, the PMT Slicks obviously aren't DOT legal. :D
[emoji106] thanks for the list. Pirelli makes a diablo race tire for it also. Definitely needs a narrower front tire, it's factory shod with 130-70-12's front and rear
I don't know anyone who's raced or even used the Pirelli Diablo Scooters, they don't make them in the right sizes for traditional 12" racers (110/90R12 front, 120/80R12 rear) and based on their descriptions I wouldn't consider them a race DOT, just a sporty looking scooter tire ala the IRC MB-750s. The TT93, BT601, etc, aka the rest of that list are all targeted specifically for mini racing.
Now, that's not to say the Pirelli's are bad, I just don't have first hand or second hand experience with them so I dunno how to slot them into the list. I also dunno the rim widths on the Grom, if they strayed far from the NSR50's setup then the above list may not be any good.
Edit: Michelin supposedly has a Pilot in the right size range as well?
From the pit bike race. Popped up of the Facebook the other day. All kinds of win here.

It was an impressive move. I cheered, then almost felt bad for cheering.

Back story goes as such: Friday evening I was messing around on the Grom and was ripping down pit road, went to back it in to the camping area and lost pressure (foot slipped off) on the rear brake with the ass end stepped out pretty far. It chucked me over the top at about 30 with no gear on. Landed on my left hip pretty hard, hurt like hell. When I threw it down again in the pit bike race, I started sliding on the same hip and that also hurt like hell. I popped up as quickly as possible [emoji6]
I could hear the collective cheer/moan as I was sliding across the pavement [emoji1]
Get out of here with that! You still have no PCV, and I'll have an intake soon. Also, if you're a pound lighter than my 220 pounds, I'll sign your cast.
Shit im only 205ish fool (break out the sharpie)......and PCV is comming soon :)
205???? Did you take your tummy off of the towel rack before weighing yourself???
Bahahahahahahaa.......... its well, still there
Shawn's a few inches shorter than you, so not too surprised he's lighter.
Also, you crashed the shit out of that grom in the pit bike race.
That thing slid forever.
Alright I got the go ahead from the old lady (who's younger than me) to buy a Grom :D
I will be getting a RED one today for Carrie................... SUCK IT I GOT 2 NOW!!!!
