For those with Pit Bull trailer restraints...

I purchased one for my 848 and finally got around to installing it on my trailer. After I mounted the base plate to the trailer, I attached the two latches which seem to wobble a bit. Is this normal?

I dont see how it could go together any other way, and followed the directions exactly. I just expected it to be a very precise fit.

Yes, they do have a little play in them. It is normal.

Thanks for the quick reply. Given the quality of the other pit bull products that I have I expected high quality, so I figured the play was there by design...it still just strikes me as odd =)
