Alright... which one of you got away? Seriously though, it's easy to hit 100 just passing someone on a country road. Does that really make it newsworthy?

BURKE, Vt. (AP) - Police say a motorcyclist from Orleans, Vt., hit 100 miles an hour trying to get away from an officer.

<redacted>, 25, pleaded not guilty on Friday to negligent driving and trying to elude police. Officers say he hit 100 miles an hour before running off the road and crashing his bike in Burke. The Caledonian-Record reports police say <redacted> took off on foot across a stream and through some woods before being caught on Thursday.

The chase started when an officer clocked two motorcycles speeding on Route 5.

The other motorcyclist got away.

Here's a clue: don't plead not guilty when you are on video tape; the judge will throw the book at you.

And I don't blame them.

Be humble, admit your mistake and try to defuse the officers by being repectful and truthful.

Maybe he would have gone faster if he didn't crash. Apparently speeding and evading aren't the only things he sucked at.
