If you look down, you go down. That may be fun at an orgy, but it sucks on a bike

    Comparison

Have you ever riden the R7 back to back with a same year GSXR-750, just to compare apples to apples?

Mark, too bad you didn't head for Suzy-Q's. A few of us popped in to hang for a bit and we did the res loop.

I was going to but I didn't see much action on the group rider posts when I checked..so I kinda took my time and went down to the beach. I don't know when I'll be able to get out again but I think there are tentaive plans to head to the races on October 6th

    Wouldn't that need to be a GSX-R750RR?

I've never ridden any year gsxr750, let alone a 1999. Just with a hardware list of each bike, it's certainly not a apples to apples comparo

    Ok apples to brass balls

Ok, not the same but I was more interested in if it felt like comparing a 1000 to a 750?

I'm shocked and dissapointed that your helmet clashes so badly with your bike. Please don't tell me you were wearing the 50th jacket at the same time...

I don't think it really can

do you know what a R7 is?

"It is built for the track and it shows. The faster you ride it the more it likes it...." more here

Ya know that helmet don't match the bike

I will buy a R1 or R6 anniversary addition (your choice) and trade you strait up for the R7

My 50th jacket grew a little over the past year and is a tad to big for me...so no, I did not have that on As for the helmet, if it makes you feel any better, I do have a 2002 RX7 Haga replica that matches it...though my head shrunk a little and the Edwards fits me more better

when I got a garage or at least a house to stick it in

I live on the third floor now so it would take a crane to put it inside from the rain/snow/cold

    Feel free to use mine

The R7 is a sweet ride no doubt. I got my first chance to ride one last week (sort of).
Anyone remember this ride from a few years ago? PrintRoom.com: View Image
