Let me paint the picture for you:

-ive had this bike like 3 months
-spent 2 weeks casually getting it to start
-get it to sputter at 8 at night in december with it raining lightly
-moto bro shows up 5 min later as im rolling it out for a test ride

    Perfect timimg lol

Wet driveway pavement/muddy road, 40 degrees, 8+ year old tires...

    Test rides were sketchy!

Its more of a beast than I thought it would be though, super torquey, and just real basic and mechanical feeling in a good way. Its pretty much a big carbed air cooled thumper motor with a seat and handlebars, SO much fun, I wish I could keep it.

*shifter could go up a spline ... i need a bike like this some day, thumper beater for the backroads.

hahaha, I loved the picture painted...good cold late nights w' the bro's and no kickstand...had many a night/evening like that

didn't know the XR600R is like the 426; wonky procedure compared to most bikes; but once you figure it out, it's not bad.

    UPDATE:

bike was brought into owners living room for the winter...

Dogs knocked it over and broke a handguard, lever, gauge mount, and bent the shift lever....
