    talk about a shit show...

    the thread is seriously all over the place and the story changes quite a bit from time to time...

    cliffs...

    Buyer shows up to buy bike, gives seller his terms...
    seller goes to do some chores on her property and think about the terms...
    buyer loads up bike and leaves with an unsigned title
    seller voids title and trys to resolve the issues amicably.
    gives buyer til xmas to pay up or she will pursue legal action...
    buyer does not pay and avoids the subject all together...
    seller jumps into thread and calls out buyer...
    new thread is started...
    seller still wants to resolve this peacefully....
    buyer posts one thing saying "I did nothing wrong, you let this happen"
    yadda yadda yadda, I had the bisque....

    page 42 and still a bunch of ethuggin, trollin, keyboard lawyers, etc...

    Alex hit the nail on the head.

    and it sounds like this is not an uncommon occurrence for the seller, just seems this is the largest scale that this has happened to her...

    I got to 26 at the end of my lunch break so I skipped to the end. Wow, guy in question is a COMPLETE d-b. Also, I believe there was a day between page 26 and 53...

    Almost as good as the girl & jeep question forum post. I just feel bad for the girl in this story... Best of luck to her.

    I had something like that happen, friend, bike, he wanted it,.i gave it on payment plan , no payment, crashed bike, crash bike crash bike, rebuild 3 times, did very nice job first 2 times, still no payment, gave him ways of working it off, didn't do it, after 3 years of dragging it out, had to inform leo's I was reposeseing my motorcycle,it sucked, made me sick to my stomach for weeks ,
    but it didnt take 53 pages to say that

    This is why you should always have a man present when trying to negotiate these types of deals. Don't get me wrong... I totally respect women & completely have faith in the fact that they know their way around a vacuum cleaner or in preparing sandwiches etc....however in this particular case, you could've used a man to lay down the law.
