    Reevu rear-view mirror helmets

Saw the ad today, can't help but wonder if the option of having the view of what is happening behind you will take away from paying attention to what is developing in front of you. Thoughts??? Link to ad below.

The option is there to look behind you on any vehicle that has mirrors. Not sure what your concern is.

What's the difference between a bolt and a screw?
First you screw, then you bolt.

Thinking that looking back on 4 wheels while surrounded is safer than having the option of looking back on 2 wheels and taking your attention away from what lays ahead

Having tried them on it is definitely something you have to get used to but I could see it working well with adjustment. It's a pretty cool concept but from a safety standpoint, I would rather have a full fiberglass shell than an exposed pane of clear plastic.

a gimmick with no particular advantage unless you want to stare at your pillon that you might not be able to see with mirrors
