Registration Fee if it hasnt been registered in a while??

I know some states (CA) charge a fee if a vehicle has not been registered in a long time.

I bought an older bike that has been sitting for the past 6 years. It obviously was not registered for those years.

Will I be charged anything extra because it has not been registered in a while? Or is it only the typical $20?

I have the title in hand.

If you just bought it, no. If you bought it 6 years ago, they'll charge you a % of the sales tax per month for not paying it promptly.
