Why not? Is there a problem with me just getting some opinions? Every rider that I see in my neck of the woods doesn't seem to do it, and my boyfriend can confirm the same, so I was curious. Stop getting your panties into a twist and just go with the flow. Sheesh.

I aim for the smoothest line thru the frost heaves and potholes, avoiding manholes is as easy as avoiding urban and suburban sewered areas

I dodge manholes in the wet, and potholes when smoothness-preservation allows. On the CRF I've been aiming for them, because the novelty of soaking them up hadn't worn off yet.

Today I was debating and daydreaming about whether or not to dodge potholes. I was so deep in thought, so intrigued by the pros and cons, that I hit a fucking pothole. And now my panties are right up my ass!

I dodge them when i see and when i feel like swerving around. I got a standard bike from riding a cruiser so I wouldnt have to dodge as many.(you cant stand up on a cruiser easily without yanking on the bars and they do hurt of you're on the seat when they hit)
