just passed an accident tying up traffic for miles. looked my a dark maroon and black r6 was run over by a camry. couldnt get a real good look at the bike since it was already on the flatbed but the front was torn off it. the r6 had to be a newer one. im guessing 2010 or above. lots of activity around the ambulance, i didnt see a rider though. looks like it happened on or near the on ramp.

I know one of my friends died a few years ago. Everyone saw the accident but no one said anything. i didnt find out for a few days when i could have know that day. I guess i posted it for someones piece of mind. Maybe its someones brother who didnt come home for dinner.

i don't see how finding out about it on a random post on NESR would be better. If my brother didn't come home for dinner NESR is the last place i would check.

I'm honestly not quite sure what you mean by this. I can't recall an instance when I have attacked anyone for the content of a thread started, especially singling out a particular forum member.

Personally I do not mind threads like this since the OP did not in any shape or form speculate what happen or condoned riding. From my vantage point what the OP did was to witness an incident relating to a rider (member, non-member..who cares) and passed it along.
