    Rider Magazine

Check out Rider Magazine April '08 edition. They did a great write up on Lee Parks Total Control ARC.

So, are you an ARC instructor? I am doing the the class in Troy coming up this May, I think.

    Thumbs up Re: Rider Magazine

    Hi Adam,
Very Cool! Yes. I run the site in Troy. Have you read Lee's book, "Total Control"? It is not required reading for the course, but as you would expect, the more you are familiar with the concepts before hand, you'll get even more from the course.

What bike will you be riding for the course?

    Hi,

funny you should mention the book. I am the director of a small library and I just, yesterday, bought the book for the library. So, I will have read it by the time the course rolls around. My library has the best motorcycle section around!

I'll be taking the course on an SV650.

I've taken the MSF a total of 4 times, so I thought I was due for a change. I've signed up for the level 1 and the practice day.

How is enrollment going? Is this the first year that it was offered in Troy?

I read the article in Rider and was immediately sure that this was the course for me.

I am really excited about taking it.

I'll be taking the course on an SV650. Perfect bike for it! Lee Parks' bike of choice! I was actually riding his, this weekend out in Calif.

I've taken the MSF a total of 4 times, so I thought I was due for a change. I've signed up for the level 1 and the practice day. The practice day will prove helpful, you don't have to worry if you get tired on Saturday, you can sleep on the techniques and come back and ride fresh on Sunday! I set up the 2 days because I like to do 2 day events myself (any subject) I like to learn the topics on the first day and come back the next day familiar with the system and able to focus even more.

How is enrollment going? Is this the first year that it was offered in Troy? We have taught Total Control in Troy since 2005. We are also teaching the brand new Total Control Level 2, that is being released this Spring in NY, this June.

I read the article in Rider and was immediately sure that this was the course for me. You might see a familiar bike when you get here.

I am really excited about taking it.
