Depends totally on distance, weather, time of day, pace.

If I'm going to the store I'll wear shorts and a t-shirt. If I'm touring I'll wear the leathered jacket from my two-piece leather suit, and a pair of fieldsheer overpants. If I'm on a group ride or track I'll wear my two-piece leathers.

As far as helmet, I always were my Shoei RF-1000. Gloves I'll wear my Helimot H20's in good weather and TourMaster Winter Elites in bad weather. Boots, I wear my Sidi Vertigo Corsa's.

hot days (90+) locally: construction boots, jeans, Shoei RF-1000 helmet, Joe Rocket Moto Pro gloves, t-shirt

colder days, spirited rides, or any highway use: AGV leather jacket, A* boots, Shoei RF1000 helmet, jeans, and now Spidi Penta guantlet gloves (that i got yesterday)

Hot weather /most of the time - RevIt Ignition + RevIt Dakar pants, Oxtar/TCX infinity boots, Shoei TZR helmet, I forget-the-brand gloves (although just bagged a pair of Hein Gericke over here in the UK). Usually stash rain liners somewhere just-in-case

Going to be lousy/cold - Firstgear Kilimanjaro 4 jacket, Firstgear HTII overpants, same boots, helmet, and Tourmaster Winter Elite gloves

Going to be sorting out some kind of 1piece this winter.

nope, I am not kidding. Yeah a wear a helmet and it's an Arai, but damn if I know or care what model it is. I have leather pants and textile pants and a load of jackets for all different weather....don't have a clue what model they are. I just thought it was funny that when you say what gear you wear you know right down to the model.
