Cool My riding season has come to an end...

at least for now.... no im not hurt, im moving into college tomorrow morning. no freshman vehicles on campus, so my bike will be stationed about 15 minutes away at my uncles house. as some of you know, im going to Bentley College in Waltham. i hope the rest of you all who will continue to ride into early december a safe rest of the season...maybe ill get a chance to hit the streets during vacations, but who knows. anyways, it was nice riding/meeting with all of you that i rode/met with this summer.

Do you think they would say anything if you just locked it up with the bicycles?

Good luck in your new school Ben. Being that I work just about across the street from you, you can come over and go riding if you ever have the opportunity to sneak the bike into the general school area. From there we can aggravate DBConz with our R1's.

    thanks

yeah i might try to just sneak it in there one day and park it with bicycles or just on the sidewalk in fornt of my dorm...its not like it takes up anyone else parking space. ill be sure to let you guys know if i can pull it off, or anytime i can manage to ride around there.

Good luck. I graduated from Bentley in 2001. Parking can be difficult there. I know they did a lot of building since Ive been there but those lots fill up fast. I really wouldnt worry about it. Youll have plenty to do besides riding.

Re: My riding season has come to an end...

college and riding are pretty similar. both are fucking hilarious (under most circumstances) and both can fuck you up pretty badly if things go wrong.

it certainly was a good time, though. kinda wish i were going back...... something about the leaves starting to turn. sucks you can't have a ride on campus, but there aren't very many good roads around there anyways (i only know of 2-3, and i'm a fucking road atlas).

just tell chicks you have a bike and make sure you have a friend on standby with a mop for the panty wetness

Re: My riding season has come to an end...

I graduated from Bentley in 1999. I haven't been back in some time so it has probably changed a bunch. They probably have a building or a wing named after me or something. I wouldn't bring a bike on campus if it's all minty like. Those spoiled fucks will just knock it over repeatedly.

    Ben,

I hope you hit puberty before classes start so you'll have a chance with the freshmeat girls.

Good luck and all the best,

rent a mini-storage unit for a few months, then mtn bike to it, get the bike, ride, etc.

That's what a friend and I did at college. Hell bike to your uncles house and take it out, unless it's 15 mins of highway. You'll think of something...
